What can you do?
Ever get an urge to do something helpful for our furry population? Do you have good intentions but no idea where to start? You take action by supporting various groups & organizations who are guardians and wellness providers for these precious animals. Adoptable or not, there are ways to make their lives a little better.
Why get involved?
What are the rewards? Many! Meeet quality people, have your faith in humanity restored, and enjoy sense of gratification and serenity as you "pay it forward" for help you have been given in your own life. It feels great! As the Beetles once sang, "And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.".
Where to start?
Here are some animal organizations in the Rogue Valley. Search online for "dog groups, dog organizations, dog lover meet-ups and dog-walking clubs" as an example. Caregivers and financial supporters help us to find those better angels of our nature.
